This workshop focuses on "raising the bar" to promote greater expectations for students in early childhood who have multiple disabilities. Research based data, as well as practical instructional strategies that are aligned to the IELDS, will be explored. Developmentally appropriate activities and age appropriate materials will be described for setting up the environment for success. Adaptations, from low to high tech, will be identified and discussed.
