This training is focused on the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Study and trauma.  We will focus on building insight and reflection on experiences that may contribute to how situations, conflicts and emotions are viewed and handled in the classroom by staff.  How trauma manifests in the classroom varies for each individual, however, some children may have behavioral problems or obvious signs of distress, while others may not exhibit signs at all. Attendees will explore ways to help increase resilience and make positive differences in the lives of their children.
