Come increase your knowledge and skills for working with multilingual learners. Cristina Sanchez Lopez is back to help build on ideas first shared in the webinar Bilingualism in the Early Years. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and reflect on the approaches presented in the first session as well as learn new strategies. There will be time for participants to develop their own materials to use with students.

Learner objectives

Participants will:
1.) Review principles of second language acquisition
2.) Identify the benefits for all learners of strategies presented
3.) Practice strategies and reflect on application in remote and face to face learning environment
4.) Create an exemplar of at least one resource to use with students and families.
