    Provides a range of information on disability topics, including information on: IDEA, the law authorizing special education. Most articles are also available in Spanish. CPIR serves as a central resource of information and products to the community of Parent Training Information (PTI) Centers and the Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) to aid them in serving families with children with disabilities. CPIR also houses the NICHCY Legacy articles- created by the National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY), the former national organization of this type.
